The Tidy Mind is an analogy or a visual tool that assists with the understanding of the mind and the tactics it uses to create emotional pain and suffering.
When we can shed light or gain a greater understanding of the cause of pain, we can then take steps to come away from that cause.
We will be seeing the mind as a house.
This house contains different rooms.
Your mind can make this house, this space either tidy and functional or messy and dysfunctional.
