How to stop the Karmic Relationship and recreate the Love Relationship

In the previous post, I discussed how the beliefs we hold create a field in which our experience with life, others, and ourselves are shaped.

What happens when we do poison one of these three fields with our negative focus or negative judgements or criticisms?

What happens is that now the relationship becomes one of creating Karma, or an action and reaction cycle. Our field now becomes a circular wheel that spins faster with every action and reaction event. It spins and spins until we are begging to get off. One life lesson after the next.

So how do you stop it? You have to stop the action and the reaction.

The action starts with a negative thought or focus that poisons your field, then turns into a physical action or behavior. If you hate this behavior in yourself, you may react by judging yourself which in turn pumps more negative thoughts into your field.
Let's use addiction for an example. You think to yourself, "I have a problem with food. I want to stop eating when I'm not hungry but I can't."
Those two negative thoughts poison your field. Your subconscious mind then creates events to help prove this belief true, because that is what it does.

So you unconsciously eat again when you are not hungry. Now comes the reaction. "I can't believe I did that. I have a huge problem here. I don't think I can recover from this." More poison goes into the field. The subconscious mind goes to prove it true. You act again. You react again. On and On and On it goes. Karmic Cycle. Thought, behavior, more thought, more behavior, more thought, more behavior. Action, reaction, action, reaction.. you get the point.

When you have the thoughts already poisoning your field the action is sure to come even if you begin changing your thought.
The action won't stop with just changing your thought to, "I have a healthy relationship with food." You will also have to have a different reaction, or a non reaction when the poison that already exist in your field surfaces and you find yourself in the drive thru saying, "no go ahead and supersize that."

After you do the behavior you despise, you will have to have a different reaction than you have had in the past. Instead of thinking the poison thoughts again of "why did I do that?! I hate myself. I feel so fat and bad about myself for doing that." You will have to introduce love into your field.

Let it go. You did it. Don't react. Say, oh well, and let it go immediately. Refuse to give it one more ounce of poison. Think instead, I love myself and totally accept myself. I have an amazing healthy relationship with food." Continue to think this daily. If the old action surfaces again, don't waver your thought back to poison. This is how you stop the karmic relationship with yourself, and create a love relationship with yourself. The subconscious mind will then start to prove the new belief true and you find yourself having different behaviors.

Poison your field and you will reap a life that you despise. Argue and resist this life and you will poison it more. Begin loving what is and life will change into something you love. AJ
