How to Train Your ....Mind
Why is it so important to watch what thoughts you accept as truth? Allow me to walk you through the chain reaction that occurs and results in the life you experience.
Thoughts create beliefs. Beliefs create emotions. Emotions create vibrations. Vibrations create and attract life experiences.
So let's say, you are hearing the mind, the chattering voice in the head, talk about being angry at someone. If you agree with what the mind is saying, and believe those words as truth, an angry emotion is created in your body. Your body, which is energy, begins vibrating anger. Anger waves, vibrations, frequencies go out of your body and your reality or life experience will bring to you more and more things to be angry about in order for you to sustain that angry vibe.
You will then hear and perceive more situations that produce anger and the cycle continues. Now you have trained the mind to search out or find reasons to be angry. It will continue this way until you decide to change your emotional state. You do this by changing the thoughts you accept as truth into your body. This will retrain your mind to look for things that make you feel good, happy, grateful, and at peace.

I was looking for the map of the rooms for your mind that you spoke about on the Today Show with Valerie on 1/24/2020. Can you direct me to it, so that I can copy the instructions and start the plan. This looks like it could be really helpful to me.
