Mastering your mind

How do you care for your mind? Have you ever given thought to what you can do to care for your mental health? What does your mind need to be healthy? If your mind is healthy, what is possible for you? I would like to give you a simple understanding and a simple tool to assist you in taking excellent care of one of your most valuable assets, your beautiful mind.


To care for anything, we must first have an understanding of that thing. We must know it’s habits, tendencies, needs, and limits. The mind can be a very vague, complex, and difficult thing to know and understand. We can’t measure or weight it to see if it’s getting healthier like we can the physical body. We can’t look at it with our eyes and see health improvements. We can’t take blood samples to see if an issue of the past has cleared. So how do we get to know and understand our own minds? Even more than that, once we understand it, how do we take care of it?

I am the oldest of 8 sisters. I attend a Christian Ladies meeting every Tuesday. I am among women most of my time. God has gifted me to encourage women. And at times I have had to encourage my own Mother. I first heard about you on the Today Show and the words you told Hoda was outstanding!!! I shared some of the points with the women, and they are now wanting me to tell them more. There are many women with problems and anxiety. I would love to share your thoughts with these women and my sisters. Is there anything I can buy from you to help spread these beautiful thoughts? And I love the God Room.
