UNDERSTANDING YOUR MIND.
  • We have to explore and understand:
  • what is going on in there?
  • what are it's habits and patterns?
  • why your mind does what it does.
  • why is your mind afraid?
  • what is it afraid of?
THEN WE NEED TO LEARN ABOUT THE EMOTIONAL BODY.
  • how do we release the stored energy from all the times in the past when we didn't release it in the moment.
  • where joy exists and why you can't feel it.
  • what happens to your emotional body when you believe what the mind is saying?
  • how emotions are energy.. energy in motion
  • how do we release this energy from our bodY

Next you see how having a grasp on these 2 very important things naturally changes your behaviors.
UNWANTED BEHAVIORS BECOME A THING OF THE PAST.
Why? How?An unwanted behavior is just a side effect of a messy mind and hurting emotional body.
The unwanted behavior becomes the pain relief.

When the mind is understood it becomes TIDY.
When emotions are understood they are released and not stored.

NO PAIN. NO NEED FOR PAIN RELIEF. UNWANTED BEHAVIOR ENDS.
