Before we get started, I need you to ask yourself a very serious question. Do I really want this change or is there some part of me that wants to hold on to this old way of being? Please be honest with yourself. While change may sound good, sometimes in reality a part of us enjoys the comfort the old pain and old stories give us, enjoys the attention it brings, or enjoys the justification for holding on to anger that it supplies. So check in. Take inventory of what "some part of you" perceives as a loss if this is actually no longer part of your life. Did you check in? Can you see that keeping that as part of who you are just isn't worth it anymore? If not, you are not ready for change and this is ok. We all have our own timing and you will need to reach your limits of suffering before all of you agrees to let it go. If you are already to that point, read this statement aloud as a commitment to partnering up with the power within you to begin your life changing journey.

How Do We Create This Change?
You will need to master a different mindset to achieve a different result. In other words, we need to reprogram the commentary of your inner voice to one that is positive, supportive, and goal oriented. The secret that I have uncovered after years of working with clients is that 2 things must happen.
One,Your Part: the person must want to change this issue on every level and be willing to abandon comfort, outer attention/sympathy, and excuses or justification for negative emotions and behaviors. Two, Our Part: stored emotional pain around the belief or doubt must be released before new beliefs leading to new behaviors can be accepted by the mind.
We will achieve this through Hypnotherapy, Emotional Block Release Therapy, and Guided Meditations/Visualization Exercises.

Once you find your strong reason, book your session. You are ready to change.
