SHIFT your VIBE into HIGH

Maybe you have lost your passion, your direction or your zest for life.
Maybe you feel so low energy that it's difficult to move through the day. 
Maybe, you just want to feel better, more positive, more enthusiastic about life.

Wherever you are finding yourself, this vibe centered retreat will help you see your point A and then help you develop the habit of playing and staying in your point B.

As a mind coach, I know that if you continue to focus on where you are and how much you don't like it, then you will not move forward into a better feeling tomorrow. Even if you understand this concept, understanding it and developing a daily habit of applying it are two very different things.

That is the purpose of this retreat. To hold you in a space and a structure of constant reminders and motivation to keep you on track and moving in the right direction. Here is what you will experience during our time together.

MORNING SESSION:
7:00 am Morning Gentle Stretch/Exercise Session- Optional
8:00 am Group Dreamtime Chair Session for learning to play, create, and imagine again
9:00 am High Vibe breakfast made with whole, healthy foods 
10:00 am Tarot Time. A group message from spirit regarding where we are vibrationally and what needs to be shifted.
11:00 am Dreamtime Chair Session for learning to play, create, and imagine again

AFTERNOON SESSION:
12:00 pm High Vibe Lunch made with whole, healthy foods, and high vibes
1:00 pm Silent Time Practice
2:00 pm 2 Chair Method Group Session for resistance/fear relief
3:00 pm Nap or Quiet Time
4:00 pm Group Discussion/ Q&A

NIGHT SESSION:
6:00 pm High Vibe Dinner made with whole, healthy foods, and high vibes
7:00 pm Private Tarot Session with Angie- 1 per retreat
8:00 pm Private Dreamtime Chair Session and Bedtime or Personal Time

Our goal is to leave this retreat with:
  • Tools to give us more power and control over our emotional state
  • Daily habits that help us continue creating and moving towards the life we desire
  • A greatly improved and lifted mood
  • Proof that holding our focus on beautiful thoughts immediately shifts our inner state of being
  • Greater knowledge of our core True Self

  • A massive clearing of resistance from the mental, emotional, and physical body
  • Improved Overall Sleep with continued practice- Falling asleep faster and staying asleep

This is a 3 Day 2 Night Small 3 Person Group Retreat. You may arrive at the retreat location at 11am on Friday March 31, 2023. We will be departing at 11am on Sunday April 2, 2023. The Reservation deadline is Friday March 17th 2023 at Midnight. The cost of the retreat covers lodging, food, retreat sessions. You will be responsible for travel costs and arrangements to and from the retreat. You will receive further instructions after booking your reservation. **This is a ladies only retreat.
