A Visual Representation of Your Mind
The Tidy Mind is an analogy of the mind as an actual living space or house that contains different rooms. The Tidy Mind Map will help you visually understand your mind. If you do the Tidy Mind Course, you will also be able to use the map to track your mind's habits and tendencies, understand why it is causing you emotional upset, and learn the things you can do to change this.

To map your mind you must first become aware of the thoughts or words in your inner dialogue that are creating the emotional upset, and then second to learn to not meet those words with resistance and upset, but unconditional love and acceptance. Awareness gives you the power to change things. Using the Tidy Mind process slowly begins to create trust, and relax your mind..
The rooms above help you determine mental habits and patterns and find those repetitive dialogues being spoken by your thinking mind. This will help you understand and eliminate this mental dialogue, therefore keeping how you feel emotionally in a more calm and stable state. |
